NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Duarte Unified School District of Los Angeles County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT," will receive up to, but not later than the above stated time, sealed bids for the above project.

Each bidder shall be a licensed CONTRACTOR pursuant to the business and Professions Code and shall posses a current Class C 27 Contractors License.

Bids shall be in a sealed envelope marked: BID NUMBER 2017/2018-7 Landscape Maintenance for All District Sites for the Period 7/1/2017 – 6/30/2018. Bids shall be received in the place identified above, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time and place. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the bid documents.
