The Duarte Unified School District (DUSD) passed "Measure E" on November 2, 2010. DUSD received authorization to issue bonds of the District in the aggregate principle amount not to exceed $62 million to finance specific construction and renovation projects. The proposition was approved by at least 55 percent of the votes cast by eligible voters within the District. The District established a Citizens' Oversight Committee to carry out the stated purposes pursuant to the specific bylaws set forth in Prop 39.
