My name is Tifani Tate. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2003 with a degree in Liberal Studies. I went on to complete my graduate work and complete my credential from APU. I earned my CLEAR Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with Subject Competency in Social Studies.

I have been teaching for a total of 14 years. I started teaching at a private school where I taught multiple subjects in a self-contained classroom for 6 years. I then moved to a charter school in SanBernardino where I taught for seven years primarily as a Middle School English and History teacher. I also taught art, computers, intervention and study skills electives. 

Now, I am pleased to be a part of the Duarte Unified School District. I am a 4th grade teacher at Maxwell Academy where I am teaching my students to succeed to the Max +1.
