Where do I pick up an application?
Please start by registering online.
If you are new to the Duarte Unified School District click here.
Applications can be picked up at the Duarte Preschool Office on Andres Duarte Arts Academy Campus.
How do I enroll my child?
Please call our Duarte Preschool Office. Appointments for enrollment are scheduled after you
- have completed the online registration
- your child's eligibility is confirmed by your family's income. Please refer to the Schedule of Income Ceilings 2021-22
- you have provided all the mandatory paperwork listed on the Checklist.

Are children offered meals?
Yes, our program provides lunch for all children who are enrolled. Please refer to the Duarte Unified School District Lunch Menus.
- Modified diets prescribed by a child's physician as a medical necessity shall be provided. Request Form
Do you have a full day program?
Yes, we have two full-day preschool classrooms at our Andres Duarte Academy Site. Priority is given to families who qualify for the State Preschool Program and have a need for child care such as full time employment or enrollment of training towards a vocational goal.
Do you provide transportation?
No, parents will need to make transportation arrangements for their preschool children.
Where are the preschool classrooms located?
We have classrooms located on 3 Duarte Unified School District campuses. They are the Andres Duarte Arts Academy Campus, the Beardslee Academy Campus and the Maxwell Academy Campus.
