Regular Meeting: January 14, 2021 (Telephonic Delivery)

  • In Compliance with the Governor of California’s “Stay-at-Home Order” due to COVID-19, the Duarte Unified School District Board of Education will be conducting meetings virtually until further notice. This means there will be no specific physical meeting place; the meeting will be held remotely. However, public participation continues to be welcomed and encouraged.

    HOW TO ACCESS THE MEETING: The Organizational Board Meeting will be held telephonically. The agenda for this meeting, once posted, can be viewed here. The meeting will be available for the public to access online at http://www.mldistrict.com/districts/ca/duarte/. Public Session will start at approximately 7:00 p.m.

    HOW TO ADDRESS THE BOARD: If you would like to make a public comment either related to a specific board agenda item or a non-agenda item as a courtesy to the public, please complete the form that is being provided below once it is open to accept responses or you may submit your comment by email: mruiz@duarteusd.org. Requests to address the Board should contain: The date of the Regular Meeting and Request to Address the Board in the subject line, your name, and the agenda item to be addressed or non-agenda item. Only comments received by 5:00 p.m. on January 14, will be accepted.
