Hi! Welcome to 1^st/2^nd Grade. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of engaging learning and growth. This is my 2^nd year teaching in Duarte USD. I taught 2^nd grade at Royal Oaks Steam Academy in 2018/2019. I received my B.A. from Cal State Los Angeles in Social Work. I also received my M.A. in Education (digital teaching and learning) along with my multiple subject credential from Azusa Pacific University. I truly believe that every child has special gifts and I hope that I can help my students embrace whatever their gifts are.

Things I enjoy doing are spending time with my family and friends, going to baseball games, trying new food, and going on hikes.
