I am Mrs. Hatfield and I have taught in Duarte for 24 years.

I have a history degree from Cal State Long Beach and I am credentialed to teach Social Studies and History. I also have an AA in Fine Arts from Pasadena City College.

I was a previous Duarte resident but moved a teensy bit to nearby Monrovia. I like to solve crossword puzzles (the harder the better), walking my big dog, Jack, and gardening.

I have had some interesting jobs in my past including working the night shift at the L.A Times, assembling flares for a defense company, owning an auto repair shop and working at a picture framing store. I recently went to Scandanavia and would like to travel more.
