Duarte Unified Welcomes New Assistant Superintendent of Business Services
The Duarte Unified School District Board of Education approved the appointment of Meghna Bulsara as Assistant Superintendent of Business Services at its June 11, 2026, Board meeting.
Mrs. Bulsara brings more than 28 years of financial management experience, including over two decades serving California public school districts. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Business Services for Orange Unified School District.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Bulsara has provided leadership in budget development, long-range financial planning, bond financing, facilities funding, risk management, and operational services. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to transparency, and dedication to aligning resources to support student achievement.
“We are excited to welcome Mrs. Bulsara to Duarte Unified,” said Superintendent Dr. Medrano. “Her extensive experience, fiscal expertise, and student-centered approach will be a tremendous asset as we continue advancing our district’s goals and ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.”
Mrs. Bulsara holds a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting and auditing, is a CASBO Certified Chief Business Official (CBO), and has completed numerous professional leadership and school business programs.
